Andrea Frullani

I am a Social Worker with more than 15 years’ experience working in community services. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Certificate IV in Community Services and Family Support & Youth. I enjoy creating and building relationships with clients and, working together, helping them to achieve their goals. I work with children, young people, adults and families and I am passionate about supporting my clients’ growth and independence.

I have supported clients living with a disability and with Mental Health illness. I work with people with ASD, ADHD, ABI, anxiety, depression, complex behaviours, PTSD, substance abuse and addiction and Down Syndrome.

I have developed and delivered educational and recreational programs based on interests, abilities and goals, including developing social skills. I have provided mentorship and educational support Flexible Learning Options programs. As a Therapy and Wellbeing Case Manager, I have worked with young people with Mental Health illnesses in a school environment. I have provided support through counselling, in-home support and group work.

I am Italian and moved to Australia 20 years ago. I am energetic, enthusiastic and reliable and I approach situations in a calm and level headed manner. I enjoy all types of music and am learning the trumpet. I love the Arts, outdoors and sports and played semi-professional soccer in Italy.
