With a background in disability support and mentoring, I understand that everyone’s journey is unique. My approach combines empathy, motivation, and tailored fitness strategies to create an inclusive environment where every person can thrive — whether that’s improving mobility, increasing strength, or building positive daily habits.

Bec's Experience
My career began in the disability sector, where I supported individuals in achieving their NDIS goals through personalised programs. Over time, I’ve expanded my work into fitness and wellbeing, blending my experience as a mentor with my passion for health to create holistic, client-focused training sessions.
From operating Day Options centres to facilitating community fitness initiatives, I’ve developed and led programs designed to promote both physical and mental wellbeing. Every session is centred around empowerment, encouragement, and celebrating progress — no matter how big or small.
